    Upon Submitting The Required Consultation Form, You’ll Be Directed To The Online Booking Site To Reserve An Appointment. All Appointments Are Subject To Review. You’ll Receive An Emailed Response Within The Business Hours Of Mon-Sat 10am-6pm.

  • Step 3: Arrive With Confidence

    I Know It Can Be Scary Seeing Someone New For The First Time, So Let Me Help Put Your Mind At Ease. In The Days Leading Up To Your Appointment, You’ll Receive A Welcome Packet, And Emails To Help Get You Familiar With My Space, And What You Can Expect At Your Visit.

Upon submission of the New Guest Intake Form located in your confirmation email, you’ll receive a welcome packet, and emails leading up to your visit to prepare you for your visit.

You'll receive text reminders a few days before your visit, where you'll be able to confirm, or reschedule your appointment. 

The morning of your appointment, you’ll receive an email with instructions of what to do when you arrive, and you'll be able to customize your visit, all before walking into the salon.

Before Your Visit

When you arrive, stay in your car, and text the number provided in your morning email. While you wait, if you haven’t filled out the form from the morning email, this is good time to do so. Once my suite is ready, I'll text you, and greet you at the door, I’ll walk you back to my suite, and allow you to get comfortable.

We'll begin with a thorough consultation to make sure you’re 100% confident in the services you'll be receiving. Expect to be pampered with complimentary drinks, and snacks during your appointment. And don't worry, I've got you covered with phone chargers and free wifi to keep you entertained during your visit.

During drying and styling, I'll teach you the secrets to keeping your hair healthy between appointments, and feeling confident in how to style and take care of your hair at home. We'll create a maintenance plan, and home care routine together to make sure you feel great about your hair all the way until your next visit with me.

Once I make sure you absolutely love the finished product, we'll get you setup for your next appointment, checked out, and you'll be on your way.
